Welcome to Wander and Reflect.
We love creating t-shirts and decals that showcase your personality, wit,
love of camping, RV life, faith, hobbies, and rockhounding. All products are
custom made and printed by our staff after the order is received.
Our current turnaround time is one week.

Can I make a change to my order?
Our shop works to ship out the product within one week of the order and the orders are processed immediately once they are received. We are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, combining orders, cancellations, etc.) once an order is submitted through our shop. Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. 

Shipping Address Confirmation
Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS.

Once orders are shipped, they are then in the hands of the USPS. We cannot control how orders are handled by the carrier. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for items lost in the mail or damaged during shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We will gladly work with you on a return of clothing only IF you contact us within 7 days of delivery and items are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on decals.
We do not accept exchanges.

Return details
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for t-shirts only. Store credit only will be issued. Returned items: t-shirts must be unworn and unwashed.

If your t-shirt does not fit or suit you, email help.wanderandreflect@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt for return instructions. We MUST receive returned items within 14 days. Once your returned item is received in our shop, we will email you a store credit code for the original purchase price minus shipping. Your store credit can be used on a new size of the original item, or can be used toward a new item from the shop.

Refunds are only sent in the case of a defective item or other error on our part. All other t-shirts may only be returned for store credit.

Custom Orders and Design Changes
We do not accept custom orders or design changes at this time.

My package has been lost or stolen, what should I do?
If your package has been lost or stolen those claims must be handled directly with the USPS. Please note, once the package leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the USPS.
